Return/Exchange Policy

Online Purchases Returns:

  • Easily return items through our Returns Portal.

Return Time Frame:

  • You have 45 days from the purchase date to return your items.

Exchanges:

  • Exchange items via our Online Returns Portal or by contacting customer service to specify the new size or color.

Shipping and Charges:

  • Original shipping costs are not refunded.
  • We generally do not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns.

Item Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in original packaging.
  • Free from stains, makeup, or signs of wear.
  • Include a completed order packing slip or return invoice for processing.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued as in-store credit in the form of a TECTOP E-Gift Card.
  • Processing takes 7-14 business days after receipt.
  • Refunds will be returned to the bank account via the original payment method within 7-15 days of approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable:

  • Returns beyond 45 days may be refunded as in-store credit only.

Reserved Rights:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns due to excessive returns history or signs of fraudulent activity.
  • Non-TECTOP items received will be discarded.

Important:

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages. Keep your postage proof and tracking number.
